Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided on this website are digital consultation services (Astrology Guidance Sessions).

Since these are personalized services delivered based on the client’s details, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once:

  • The consultation session has been completed
  • The astrology report has been delivered

❌ No refund will be provided.

3. Refund Before Service Delivery

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The cancellation request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session

In such cases, refund approval is at our discretion.

If approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after booking
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
  • Failure to attend scheduled session
  • Incorrect birth details provided by the client
  • Delay in response from client

5. Technical Payment Errors

If:

  • Payment was deducted but booking not confirmed
  • Duplicate payment occurred

Please contact us within 24 hours with payment proof.
We will verify and process refund if applicable.

6. Force Majeure / Emergency

If we are unable to conduct a session due to emergency, illness, technical failure, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • Reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time
    OR
  • Provide a full refund

In such cases, reasonable proof or explanation of the emergency may be provided upon request.
